Story Time Felts & More guarantees the quality of its products and services. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with the Story Time Felts & More products they have purchased, they may return them within 30 days for a full refund, less the original shipping charge.

Products must be returned in their original condition. All returns must be transacted through the original authorized Independent Consultant.

All e Story Time Felts & More products are also guaranteed against defective workmanship or materials for the period of one year from the time of purchase. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
